Ingredients:
3 cans Ranch-Style beans
3 cans minestrone soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1-11/2 lbs. ground beef (browned)
1 bell pepper
1 medium-large onion
1-2 pinches of garlic salt
1-2 pinches of thyme seasoning
How to make:
First, chop onion and bell pepper. Next, brown ground beef, chopped onion and pepper into a skillet. Season the beef combination with garlic salt and thyme. Once browned, place the meat blend into a crock pot with the cans of Ranch-Style beans, minestrone soup, and Rotel tomatoes. Mix all of the ingredients together and place lid on the crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serve.
