Freshman Mardi Scott at-
tended the Central Area Live-
stock Show on Thursday, Jan.

18.
She showed two female
goats and one male goat over
the duration of the show, and
she was awarded third place
overall at the event.
Scott has been showing
goats for four years now,
leading to her love for the
animals.
There are many things that
Scott enjoys about her time in
agriculture, both in and out of
her time showing.
“I enjoy the friends I have
made and the life skills I have
learned from showing goats
over the years,” said Scott.
Showing livestock is a
great way to get involved
with Marlow High School,

and Scott will keep on repre-
sent MHS at the future events

she attends.
