test to see if she is insane.

Adam is a soldier for War-
ner, the chief commander of

Sector 45 of the Reestablish-
ment.

Warner, who is also the
son of the Reestablishment’s
Supreme Commander, makes
Juliette an offer that includes
her being able to get out of

the asylum in turn for her tor-
turing any prisoners with her

touch as a weapon for the Re-
establishment.

Shatter was published on
November 15, 2011, and is
the first of eleven books.
Early on in the novel there

are many lines that have been
crossed out like a diary entry.
This novel has got mixed

reviews, some saying the end-
ing falls flat, while others ab-
solutely love this seceris.

It has the perfect combina-
tion of psychological thriller

and action packed adventure.
Mafi writes romance very
well as there are steamy parts
but they never go too far.
“Shatter Me” is an action
packed series full of twists
and turns.
Mafi has a unique writing
style which adds a sense of
insane in the best ways.
The novel keeps readers on
their toes, not knowing who
they can trust and who is the
real enemy.
