With 90,000 cinder blocks and 2,200 cubic yards of concrete, the new elementary school is designed to withstand the often turbulent Oklahoma weather. Construction of the new school is expected to be complete sometime in the spring. It will feature a safe room that will be large enough to house students from all three Marlow campuses. Although construction should be completed by March or April, the move into the new building is expected to take place during the summer.
